Elazığ-Bingöl Solhan State Road Earthworks, Art Structures, and Superstructure Works Project

The project, tendered by the Solhan Village Services Union and undertaken by Özaykut Yapı, started on August 5, 2008, and was successfully completed on December 12, 2008. The project involved the construction of civil engineering structures and earthworks along the Elazığ-Bingöl-Solhan road, modernizing the transportation infrastructure in the region.
